Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM) is the builder and contractor for accepted construction, contracts and applicable permits within verified scope. Professional engineering and signing are provided by Apice Engineering LLC / PE Rodrigo DePaula under an appropriate engagement. Riviera does not provide in-house engineering stamps or an unrestricted construction license.
Scope comes first
Pool construction, utility work and other unverified scopes are not offered through this pilot. Site conditions, jurisdiction, permits and HOA requirements must be reviewed; approval is never guaranteed.
