Is Riviera the contractor?

Riviera is an outdoor-living marketing and project-inquiry hub. Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM) is the builder and contractor for accepted construction, contracts and applicable permits within verified scope.

Who provides engineering?

Professional engineering and signing are provided by Apice Engineering LLC / PE Rodrigo DePaula under an appropriate engagement. Riviera does not provide in-house engineering stamps or an unrestricted construction license.

Do you build pools?

Pool construction, utility work and other unverified scopes are not offered through this pilot.

Are irrigation and electrical work included?

Irrigation, electrical work and maintenance are not included in this pilot. Kitchens, gas, electrical work and structures require the appropriate qualified providers and separate review.

Will my project be approved?
